Delivery Policy

Our delivery options are DPD Next Day and Palletforce Pallet Delivery

We do not ship any items on a Saturday. Any items paid for after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us on 01179 414 999.

Order before 2pm for same day dispatch (excluding bank & public holidays).

Orders dispatched according to availability. If an item is not in stock we will arrange for it to be delivered from one of our suppliers.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.

For all parcel deliveries we use DPD Next Day Service which states parcels will be delivered “before close of business the following working day”. For pallet deliveries we use Palletforce. Please refer to the individual courier websites for their terms and conditions regarding delivery guarantees and timescales.

Your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

We pack our products well, but if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you can either refuse to take delivery of the item or sign for the item as “damaged”. It may also be the case that you realise that the item is damaged after taking delivery of the goods. In all cases please notify us within 12 hours of the delivery and we’ll be in touch with you to help resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
